To be considered for employment with Clifford Wallace you will need to demonstrate that you meet our minimum skill requirements and have appropriate hospitality experience. Our presentation and grooming standards are also very precise. You will also need to hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate in accordance with New South Wales law.
Alternatively, Clifford Wallace provide short reasonably priced training courses on waiting skills for functions, at the end of which depending upon vacancy levels, you may be eligible for employment with the agency. Alternatively our training course will equip you with transportable skills that can be utilised worldwide in the hospitality industry.
